RDF power supply unit for furnaces and boilers

RDF POWER SUPPLY UNITS FOR FURNACES AND BOILERS: WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Furnaces and boilers powered by Residue-Derived Fuel (RDF) operate around the clock (shut-down prohibited unless planned for maintenance).

That is why they need an uninterrupted supply, and the reason for which stocks need to be built up to ensure fuel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Managing those stocks and using them to feed furnaces and boilers can be automated and operated using RDF supply units that require no human intervention.

Furnace and boiler operators that use RDF expect the RDF supply units that we offer to provide the following:

  • Maximum availability in order to guarantee a continuous feed to their furnaces and boilers,
  • Constant supply,
  • Considered ergonomics in order to guarantee good working conditions (accessibility for maintenance …),
  • Minimum environmental impact (noise emissions, electricity use, dust emissions, local supply and manufacture …).

A (REY) SOLUTION FOR EVERYTHING !

In order to meet the challenges of continually feeding furnaces and boilers, the industrial solutions offered by  REY SOLUTIONS comply with the following objectives:

  • Maximum availability,
  • Ergonomics, taking into account individual working conditions,
  • Minimising environmental impact (noise and dust emissions, electricity use, local supply and manufacture…)
  • Designed and manufactured by us; we take into account our customers’ needs and requirements, as well as the conditions in which the production unit will be operating. We have installed and we maintain units in a wide range of geographical locations and climates (at REY SOLUTIONS we adapt our units to take into account the fact that metal structure are subject to expand, for example), together with feedback garnered from 35 years’ experience in various sectors of activity,

  • Sized in accordance with a cross-analysis, performed with the customer, of fuel to be stored and conveyed, together with our detailed knowledge and experience in handling loose materials,

  • Made in France with materials sourced in France wherever possible, in a factory equipped with solar panels that produce more electricity than we actually use. Manufactured locally, we practise responsible production to reduce our environmental impact, and guarantee the continuity of supplies and services essential for activities in which there is no break in continuity.
