Before the machine is shipped:
- Packing/palletising before shipping.
- Preparing the load for the trucks.
Shipping :
- Loading onto trucks to be sent to customer site.
- Transport (road, maritime, air) and the associated administrative formalities.
On the customer’s site:
- Machine assembly.
- Off-load test of the “solution”.
- On-load test with product.
FOR AFTER-SALES TOO,
OUR TEAMS TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING
After-Sales Service:
- Storage and management of spare parts.
- Standard or express delivery.
- Remote (video or telephone) or on-site breakdown repair.
