At REY SOLUTIONS sur la machine the electrical system and the automatisms are mounted on the machines
Installation on customer site and put into service for the initial tests and adjustments, with REY SOLUTIONS technicians in attendance.
Final entry into service after the final tests have been approved.

PRE-PROJECT AND DESIGN

The REY SOLUTIONS Electricity & Automatism team begin working with the Project team in the earliest stages, and then with the Mechanical design office and Procurement in design, on whose behalf they do the following:

Functional analysis of the entire project.
Plan of electrical cabinets and boxes.
Definition of the equipment to be integrated.
Programming the industrial control unit.
Creating the human/ industrial machine interface

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

The experts in the Electricity & Automatism Design Office are then involved in the assembly and installation at the customer’s premises, to which they provide support in taking charge of their installation :
